The Chroma Apartment Homes, developed by Fairfield Residential, is a premier multifamily community in the Warner Center district of Canoga Park, Los Angeles. This modern development features 275 apartment homes designed for contemporary living, blending boutique design with resort-style amenities including a rooftop lounge, resort pool and spa, fitness centers, co-working spaces, and creative makerspaces.

To support this large-scale project, McMahon Engineering provided Beam and Lagging shoring solutions during the excavation phase. Our team installed soldier pile walls with timber lagging to retain soil and stabilize the site for underground parking and foundation systems. This earth retention system safeguarded adjacent properties and infrastructure, ensuring excavation safety in a dense urban setting.

By delivering beam and lagging shoring in Los Angeles, McMahon Engineering reinforced its reputation as a trusted partner for multifamily construction projects. Our expertise in shoring, drilling, and earth retention systems helped Fairfield Residential move forward with confidence, building a landmark community that strengthens the Warner Center’s reputation as a hub for live-work-play development.
